The total fare displayed on site is all inclusive of everything, and we do not charge anything above that as per Govt. STU Terms and conditions.
Busindia.com will payout the commissions 5th of every month after deducting applicable Tax. Agents can also check the same through transaction reports, which make it even easier to keep a transparent track of the commissions per transaction.
We provide all reports online on the B2B portal, and you can view/print any report at anytime. We also provide all transactions & cancellations records, as well as account (deposit/credit cards) statements online.
Yes, you can cancel the bus and hotel bookings online and the refund is processed immediately after the confirmation of the cancellation, and it goes to the account from which you have made the booking

You have to deposit the amount in either one of our mentioned bank accounts, and then intimate us via the deposit initiate option on our site for Agents. It takes about 30 minutes to upload the amount to your account from the time we receive a confirmation from our bank.
No, we are a simple BUS/hotel booking business and simply share best deals with our partners.
BUSINDIA.COM does not provide any credit because we work on an advance deposit model so that we can provide best deal to our partners. To honour our partners' request for credit, we have a facility for using credit cards on our platform. Soon, our partners will also be able to use their debit cards & net banking to make transactions with us.
Currently, we deduct TDS every month and then issue the certificate at the end of the financial year. However, we will soon start deducting TDS with each transaction, and issue the final TDS certificate at the end of the financial year.
